This bread is really yummy and since you can just toss it in the bread machine for a few hours and forget it, it’s also one of my favorites to make.
1 cup rolled oats
2 cups flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
2 t. yeast
1 1/4 t. salt
1 1/2 cups warm milk
2 T. honey
2 T. veggie oil
Toss your oats into the bread machine pan/bowl/thingie.
Then your flour..
Then your whole wheat flour.
Make a small hole in your flour pile and pour your yeast into it.
Then add your salt.
And then your warm milk, be sure to pour it around the yeast hole.
Then your honey…
And then your oil. Put this all in the bread machine and bake on the whole wheat setting.
Spread a little jelly on and you’re done!
A super easy, yummy bread to throw in the bread machine and forget about until the smell reminds you there's something good to eat!
