Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Start by unwrapping all of the mini peanut butter cups and set aside.
In a bowl, sift together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
In another bowl, cream together the sugars, butter, and peanut butter together.
Beat in the egg, vanilla, and milk. Stir in the flour mixture.
Shape into little balls and drop into a mini muffin pan. Bake for 10 minutes.
Pull out the cookies and right away set a peanut butter cup on each one. Don't press down, the heat will melt the cups a little and they'll fall right down into the center!
Cool completely and store in an air-tight container.
