Peanut Butter Cup Cookies

What can make a peanut butter cookie even better? Why, adding a peanut butter cup to it, of course!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 3/4 cups flour
  • 1/2 t. salt
  • 1 t. baking soda
  • 1/2 cup butter softened
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 t. vanilla
  • 2 T. milk
  • 40 mini peanut butter cups

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Start by unwrapping all of the mini peanut butter cups and set aside.
  • In a bowl, sift together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  • In another bowl, cream together the sugars, butter, and peanut butter together.
  • Beat in the egg, vanilla, and milk. Stir in the flour mixture.
  • Shape into little balls and drop into a mini muffin pan. Bake for 10 minutes.
  • Pull out the cookies and right away set a peanut butter cup on each one. Don't press down, the heat will melt the cups a little and they'll fall right down into the center!
  • Cool completely and store in an air-tight container.
  • Enjoy!
