Oatmeal-Raisin Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 t. baking soda
  • 1 t. baking powder
  • 1 t. salt
  • 1 cup butter softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 t. vanilla
  • 3 cups old-fashioned oats
  • 1 1/2 cups raisins

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Start by combining the flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Set aside.
  • In another bowl, cream together the butter, sugars, eggs, and vanilla.
  • Mix the flour mixture in with the butter mixture, being careful to not over mix!
  • Gently fold in the oats and raisins.
  • Drop onto greased cookie sheets and bake for 11 - 13 minutes. Pull out and let sit on pan for 2 minutes to finish cooking in the center.
  • Cool and store in an air-tight container.
  • Enjoy!
