Start by mixing together the brownie batter according to the box. Stir in chocolate chips.

Bake according to box and then cool throughly.

In a large mixing bowl, combine together the powdered sugar, butter, and peanut butter for the second layer. Spread evenly over the cooled brownies.

In a small saucepan, melt together the chocolate chips and butter. Stir until smooth! Spread evenly over the peanut butter layer.

Let brownies sit an hour or so to let the chocolate topping set up.
