If you’ve been following this blog for very long, you’ve probably realized by now that I love desserts. Chocolate desserts, caramel desserts, apple desserts, streusel-topped desserts.. Pretty much all desserts! But, some of the best ones are also the most simple. Here today, we’re sharing an old classic on here.
One of the easiest (and quickest!) cookies you’ll ever make, cake cookies are also one of the tastiest! Three ingredient, five-minute, cake-mix cookies.. They’re a surefire winner.
Be sure to experiment with different kinds of cake mixes! Here are a few ideas:
You’ll need:
1 box Party Chip cake mix
1/2 cup oil
2 eggs
The cast: Cake mix, oil and eggs!
In a large bowl, beat together your two eggs.
Stir in the veggie oil.
And then mix in the cake mix.
Scoop onto an ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 8 – 12 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve during a Horse-Opoly game with a tall glass of milk!

Cookie cake is a marriage of two of the tastiest desserts available and satisfies the craving for a massive cookie you may have. Although cookie cake appears to be quite similar to a regular cookie, a slice of cookie cake may be significantly higher in calories than a cookie.
