Copycat Freddy's Fry Sauce and Baked Shoestring Fries

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 c mayo
  • 1 T ketchup
  • 1 t pickle juice
  • 1/2 t garlic salt
  • 1/2 t garlic powder
  • 1/4 t cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 t ground black pepper
  • 1/2 t sugar
  • large russet potatoes
  • Freddy's Fry Seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Get started by mixing together all of the ingredients for the fry sauce. Set aside and chill for 30 minutes. 
  • Wash and slice your potatoes into thin fries.
  • Place on a nonstick baking sheet and sprinkle with Freddy’s Fry seasoning. Bake in a 400-degree oven for about 25 minutes or until golden brown and tender.
  • Serve with chilled fry sauce and enjoy!
