Southern 30-Minutes Skillet Potatoes
- 2 lg russet potatoes
- 1 t seasoned salt
- 1/2 t paprika
- 1/2 t garlic powder
- 1/2 t pepper
- 1/8 t cayenne
- 4 T butter
Wash potatoes and cut into 1/2 inch cubes. In a large cast iron skillet, lay a piece of aluminum foil that extends out over most of the edges by a couple of inches. Spread the potatoes on top of the foil. Top with seasonings and pats of butter.Cook at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
