Southern 30-Minutes Skillet Potatoes

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lg russet potatoes
  • 1 t seasoned salt
  • 1/2 t paprika
  • 1/2 t garlic powder
  • 1/2 t pepper
  • 1/8 t cayenne
  • 4 T butter

Instructions
 

  • Wash potatoes and cut into 1/2 inch cubes. 
    In a large cast iron skillet, lay a piece of aluminum foil that extends out over most of the edges by a couple of inches. Spread the potatoes on top of the foil. 
    Top with seasonings and pats of butter.
    Cook at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
