Oh. my. goodness.
First off, let me just say that I am a HUGE fan of this brand!! Fluffy Layer products are adorable and the quality is amazing.
Backing up a bit, I had seen some of their products at a local farm and ranch supply store, but didn’t get the idea to reach out to them until I saw some towels being given away at a community event.
And you know what?! I sent them an email and not only did they respond, but they agreed to let me sample some of their goodies. Before I go too far, this is only a partial review. Life has been so crazy recently I haven’t
Jumping right in, there are two products in this post that I am obsessed with. The egg apron and set of kitchen towels.
This particular apron was the half apron that they offer. It had ten generous pockets for eggs and a very sturdy (and long) set of tie-backs. And the pattern? Gorgous! But you don’t need me to tell you that…
The texture of the apron was a bit coarse but perfect for carrying eggs from the henhouse to the kitchen, and all around, just being used outside!
(If you could have seen me a few minutes ago, I was jogging in place while wearing the apron. You know, to test and see how it would hold up if I had to run to the house to escape a rabid coyote. I’m pleased to report it held up stupendously and all eggs were returned to the fridge safely!)
Even the puppy thought it was cute!
After peeking around on their website, I saw something even more exciting… What if you want a full-body apron, different pattern, or one for a child? They have them! They also offer some great options for a harvest apron and a horse grooming apron. (The latter being one I’d love my sister to have!)
The second product in this review is the set of kitchen towels. They not only are adorable, but have a very strong and sturdy feel to them that you notice with the first touch.
Not only do they look amazing, but they work great too. I usually like a super absorbent towel to dry dishes with, so I was wondering how they would work,
Also, after washing, drying, and ironing (because who wants wrinkly towels hanging around?!), they look amazing!! The color is still bright and they will be wonderful additions to hang in front of my old stove.
In case you kitchen nerds are wanting to crunch the numbers, the size is 20 inches by 30 inches — There is no shortage of towel, here!
If you want to sneak a peek at the actual red rooster pattern (which I am beyond in love with), you can check it out here. You can also find Fluffy Layer’s social media here:

So, hang in there! I will be back with lots more details about the cookbook and other stuff. (Perhaps we need to showcase a recipe or two? Goodness knows there are enough eggs in my fridge right now!) In the meantime, what are your favorite chicken-related products? Kitchen products? Let me know below!

Oh my goodness, that is the cutest!!!! What a perfect apron. My girl has been asking all the time for chickens, and this might just put me over the edge. 🙂

How cute!! Those kitchen towels are adorable and look like they’d actually be absorbent, unlike some!
